Please read these helpful tips and suggestions towards a successful photoshoot. Your success affects and depends on a team of professionals from your agency to your makeup artist, from designers to your photographers in their career. We strive for excellence through communication with our team and we ask you to reach out to us at any time you have any questions.
Hollywood Photo Studios is the top rated local photography studio in the greater Phoenix area, offering high quality photography and videography for families and children, professionals, models and known for its commercial services for national brands. Your photographer Tolga is an acclaimed international photographer and has worked with both upcoming and more experienced models.
APPOINTMENT TIMES:
Appointments are done through SignUp Genius, an online site where you need to log in and pick a session time. You do not need to call the photo studio or your agency for setting this appointment. This is all done online. The appointment link will be sent to you on July 7th. Please keep an eye for this link on your email.
LOCATION AND ARRIVAL TIME:
Our studio is located at 1809 E Indian School rd, Phoenix AZ, 85016. Please plan on arriving at our location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photoshoot.
COVID19 PRECAUTIONS:
Please follow CDC guidelines.
PREPARATION:
Please treat this photoshoot as if you are going to a gym for a workout. Which means, no alcohol the night before, have a good sleep, and do not starve yourself. We recommend you stay hydrated and you will see a difference on your skin especially when photographed. Try not wearing any tight clothing before your session in case another outfit will end up showing imprints on your skin. We recommend manicures and pedicures done. Do not have Botox, spray tanning or extreme hair cut or color just before your session that you might not end up to your liking. Avoid risky changes to your look.
MAKE-UP:
We cannot exaggerate the importance of make-up. If you want professional makeup service added to your shoot please reach out to The Young Agency for this option.
If you are having makeup done at the studio, please come with a clean face without any make-up. If there is a specific make-up kit you need to use for medical reasons, please bring that with you.
Unless you are a licensed professional make-up artist, do not try to do your own makeup for this type of photoshoot. Let our experienced MUAs do their magic.
HAIR:
Arrive with your hair washed, dry and somewhat "camera ready". The MUA/stylist will put your makeup looks on for each look and style your hair with a basic curling iron, ponytail holders, clips, etc. to provide different looks for a successful shoot.
OUTFITS & PROPS:
Bring 3-4 outfits. Outfits should include business casual, dressy casual and an outfit or prop that represents your personality or your talent ( sports, violin etc.)..
We will help you decide on 2 or 3 outfits for your shoot depending on how many looks you have booked for. Your outfits should be pressed, clean and free of stain, glitter or animal hair etc..
If you can't decide on outfits, choose the one that fits you better, not the one that looks better on the hanger. A properly fitting outfit will make or ruin your shoot.
Please bring clean shoes, maybe two of them; one dressy and one casual.
Please bring appropriate clothing for your age group, especially if you are under age.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!...
None of this list matters unless you bring a great attitude and a fun energy to your session! We can only makeup and photograph so much, your mindset is the main ingredient to your success. Be friendly and have fun! Trust your training with The Young Agency, and trust their choice of photography studio and their stylists.
